I have a Festival Pass

In your email confirmation, you have received a booking code which allows you to get tickets for screenings at no extra cost in the Festival’s online ticket shop.

Once in Locarno, you can:

  • Collect your badge at the Festival’s main Info Point (located behind Piazza Grande’s screen)
  • Seek assistance and reserve last-minute tickets at our Info Points located in the proximity of the main venues (see map)

Starting mid-July, you can also register your Festival pass in the official Locarno Film Festival App, enabling you to conveniently access all the Festival's information and main services on your digital device. In particular, by logging into your account, you will be able to build your program in the Wishlist - thanks to the overview of the official selection, with plots and trailers - reserve your seat, and purchase tickets for screenings.

Please note that being in possession of the physical badge or the digital pass in the app alone does not grant access to the theaters. Everyone will need to generate a ticket in advance and present it at the entrance.

  1. Check the program & choose film
Consult the program on our website and or our official App, choose the film you want to attend, and click on "Get a ticket "

  2. Get free ticket
    By entering your booking code

  3. Checkout and save your digital ticket
You will receive an email with a digital ticket valid for the entrance to the screening

  4. Show your ticket at the entrance
On your mobile device or printed

Seats are not numbered nor assigned in advance; therefore, audience and pass holders can decide where to sit spontaneously once they are inside the theater.
