In your email confirmation, you have received a personal booking code valid on a specific date which allows you to get tickets for screenings at no extra cost in the Festival’s online ticket shop.
Please note that being in possession of a Day pass alone does not grant access to the theaters. Everyone will need to generate a ticket in advance and present it at the entrance.
Seats are not numbered nor assigned in advance; therefore, audience and pass holders can spontaneously decide where to sit once they are inside the theater.
There is no need to get a ticket in advance. Access to Piazza Grande is granted by showing your Day pass at the entrance; access is subject to a first-come first-served rule.

Seat reservation in Piazza Grande is available for an extra fee of CHF 17.- (combined with any ticket or pass, max six seats). Please refer to the indications on the Festival’s online ticket shop.
The Piazza Grande films are always screened simultaneously at the Palexpo (FEVI); access is not guaranteed and is subject to a first-come, first-served rule.
Seats will not be assigned to maintain the free and shared spirit that characterizes the Event (paying audience, accredited professionals, and pass holders will be allowed to freely choose their seats once in the venue). Please note that it will be forbidden to enter the screening once it has begun.

You can get unlimited tickets during the validity day of your Day pass. Please note that screenings can’t overlap.
